At Workerbee, our goal is to ensure you are realizing the maximum possible value from our services. To do so, we offer three engagement models, tailored to the type of work and unique circumstances of each of our clients.
Hourly Basis
Need a quick internet search? Do you have handwritten notes you need put into a presentation shell? Do you need data entry or document formatting? If you have
time-sensitive, task-based needs, you can hire Workerbee on an hourly basis. Send us a request, complete with your specifications, and we will assess the time and cost to completion. Once payment has been received, a personal assistant will complete your task to the highest of standards, saving you time to concentrate on the many other tasks that require your attention.
Fixed Bid / Project Basis
If you need to draft a business plan, or complete a well-defined research project, this is right the option for you. Once we receive your specifications, we will provide you a fixed estimate of the number of hours required to complete your project. Clients are required to pay 50% of fees upfront; in the event a project requires time beyond the original budget for any reason, we will work with you to achieve an optimal solution.
Retainer Basis
If you have regular work requirements such as database maintenance or website updates , you can keep a Workerbee personal assistant on retainer. These clients purchase each month in advance, with varying price points: ten, twenty, or forty hours per week, with unused hours lapsing on a weekly basis. A specific remote personal assistant will be available to you for the allotted number of hours per week. Services are offered on a best efforts basis. Even though each client is assigned a specific assistant, we run a backup roster to ensure uninterrupted service to provide coverage over any holidays or illness.
